U codes are pretty awesome cars and pretty sought after.  But right now Resto-Mods are bringing top dollar too.  I like that you are going to do what you want with the car and drive it.  There's a couple really smart members on here that have done some very impressive resto-mods with modern Hemi's.  I think someday I will do one of those too. 

What color are you thinking of painting it?  Do you have an engine in mind that you want to use?
