Nice Cuda !!
My dad was at Normandie on June 6 1944 . He was one of the lucky ones . Out of 123 or so  only 23 came back.
Never talked much about that day.

Wow!  You have desire/plans to visit?  It is an incredible place to visit.  Where did your father land?

Friend e-body hello!

I David From Normandie FRANCE.
I bought Plymouth Cuda a 1973.

We had the press for a shoot.

I discover mopar vehicles,I hope to please here

See you soon ! Dav

Welcome to the site.  I had the opportunity to visit Normandie twice in the past 2 years.  It is an amazing part of the world.  I visited Juno Beach where our Canadian friends took the beach, Omaha Beach, Point du hoc, Sainte marie inglese and the American Cemetery.  I was surprised to see the German cemetary.

:iagree:

And we really appreciated the way the locals look after everything and honor everyone.  It really is an emotional place and very grateful for what they have preserved there. Big thanks and appreciation to David and all the people of Normandie.

Oh - and I forgot to mention to you David .... ironic thing is my wife traced my family back to like 1200s.  We came from Normandie.  :)

Bienvenue! Another welcome from Ontario,  :canada: and I have had the pleasure of being in Normandy. It was in Vimoutier and apparently was close to where Rommel was shot up by a Canadian pilot. Mont St.Michel was great and the cider/calvados is always "superbe".
In the immortal words of Jimmy Scott- "pace yourself!"

It looks like a lot of you guys come over there in Normandy!
Next time you will have to tell us when you come visit, that would be great to see you.

Of course the best moment is around the 6th of June to see all the commemoration. But there is always a big commemoration the 4th of July at the colleville cemetery, (omaha).
This year i will go there , take some pictures and share with you guys.

@zazou  Love the sound!
We have to take a picture with the both cars
Hâte de mettre les deux côte à côte!
