I had two different people willing to go to $1800 on that trans but stayed away because they wanted you to get it.

I was willing to go to $1,500 on it, but did not bid when you said the owner was there to buy it.  If I would have known an online bidder was going to get it I would have stepped up.  Maybe the online guy will not pay for it and then the original car could still get it?  Do you know if it has been paid for yet?

I could see a true Mopar guy wanting it until he found out the original car owner was onto it and then dropping out. I'll keep my fingers crossed on this deal.

Welcome from Southern California.  I just flew to Walla Walla last month.  I hope you still are motivated even though the transmission situation didn't work out.  There's plenty of space out there for you to go fast outside of Walla Walla in that hellcat.  Be safe

I guess I was not as informed as I should have been on what things go for these days. It has been quite a few years since I bought any parts for my Challenger so I was living in the dark ages I guess.

@rocketresto  I was a bidder on the Crate Hemi and still interested if things fall apart with the online bidder.  Keep me in mind for that crate hemi or anything e-body that online bidders do not pay for.

So the guy drove up the price, but there was a willing buyer with a numbers match car and now he is just willing to trade the trans?  I'm I missing something or is this guy

The guy bid on it online, he had no idea the original owner was trying to buy it.  I told him the story (which he did not know) and I thought very graciously offered to trade it for a same number/condition transmission if @JP426 is willing to do that.  Guess I'm not sure what you are saying 303.
