These seats are a different pattern than the one i see in your burned interior.
If it weren't for foams being different,  these would qualify as a bird in the hand beats hunting for one. But I think you are going 100%  correct on the redo, so these won't work.

It appears your seats have the same design as cars with leather upholstery. They look almost identical to the ones in my car.

They are Vinyl. The way I see them as Coachman sides and Regal Center sections.
The picture shows RT/SE Leather seat cover pattern
