I know this is a long shot, but I'm in need of the door top molding at the quarter window. It goes on the outside of he window. These are only found on the SE model

@Jrvict

A little confused - which piece do you need?  The subject says door top trim.  The pic seems to show the SE trim pieces for the top rear of the front fender, near the windshield, which are curved.  If I understand your description, the piece you describe should be straight and located at the beltline, at the bottom of each rear quarter window, and line up with the door top SE trim, and those pieces are straight.  Also, are you asking for one side or both side quarter window SE trim pieces, as they are different?  If you only want one side, which side?

This is a picture I had gotten off the internet so I believed this is what they look like. The picture below is of my car and you can see what I'm talking about and where they go. Hope this helps.

Are you looking for just the passenger side or both. They are completely different parts.

They are called belt moldings. It was an option on all 70-71 Challengers (maybe not T/A  :thinking: ) It sounds like he needs only the two quarter panel pieces.
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

@anlauto

Good reminder anlauto, those mouldings were not unique to SE's and were available on non-SE Challengers also...

I need both sides. I have he ones for the doors but do not have the quarters.

Jrvict

I was told these were for SEs only. I'm still learning about these cars.

So you have the hood and fender pieces, as well as the doors ?

Actually I just learned that there are chrome pieces for the back of the hood and fender pieces. And no, I don't have those either. So, I guess I'm going to start looking for those also.

My Western Sport Special has them. My Guess is the WSS is basically the SE trim. Anyways, If you don't have them, you will need clips to attach them. Those clips are VERY hard to come by. I destroyed several of mine trying to remove the trim then trying to remove the clips. I ended up fabricating something to work. So if you don't have them, plan on how you want to attach the trim.

I have one or two of the Challenger M31 quarter panel mouldings - I'll see if I can find them

All the pieces that you are looking for are made of stainless steel, they are not chrome, or chromed.  You need to keep posting on the site until you have at least 10 posts.  Then people who may have these parts can send you a private message, right now, no one can do that, because of your lack of posting.
I can probably help you with most of the parts you are looking for, and the mounting clips for them.
