I'm looking for an AM/FM radio for my 1070 Cuda. I would prefer it not be in running order because I want to update it with modern internals.

And keep in mind you'll pay a pretty penny....

And....one of the AM/FM models is to be avoided. I forgot which one...I think the Philips.

Thanks everyone.

I found a business in Florida that can do a conversion on one of my AM/8-track radios. They can add the modern Aurora boards to make it do AM/FM, Bluetooth, and USB, with four channels @45 watts per channel.
I have seen others that can do this but this guy says he can also hook up the 8-Track to work with it.
This way it will look stock but work much better.

This is a start of my new dash project.
I'm also building a new complete dash so that I can swap out the original.
I'm also converting to a Variable speed wiper motor. And converting to a Rallye Dash. And adding A/C with original outlets.
Anyone have the 3 1/2" speaker grills that I can buy?
This is the start of my project:

I have a set of 1970 Cuda outer speaker covers and the mounting brackets. All in very nice shape. Is this what your are looking for?

CudaHead

Yes, this what I'm looking for. PM me with a price.

Yes I am aware. I misread the post. I only saw the AM part. Not really that hard to find, they're out there. Just saw two at Indy swap meet.

No different one. It's from a 1970 Cuda. They are asking $175.00

I have an AM/FM Motorola that came out of my 73 if still interested... Can get some pictures of it for you tomorrow. Does not have thumbwheel, just the two black knobs for volume and tuning. Worked when I took it out...
