OK, here's a tough one! Does anyone know where I could find a HEMI starter heat shield? I know Frank B used to sell them but I think his manufacturer stopped making them.

I got one from @MoparDave  but not sure if he still has them.  The fit was just so so, but better then nothing.  Some reproduction parts are better then others and the Hemi starter heat shield was one of the reproduction parts I think could use a little improvement.  Happy to have the part though.

Back in the 70's when it was a functional need not a restoration I made a few out of 1 lb Folgers cans...

Yikes that is pricey. Nice they are available though.

I've had Hemis since 1980 and have never owned a heat shield. Starters usually got changed within 5 years of new and they got thrown out I reckon.

Any other potential sources for a HEMI starter shield? I tried to get one from roseville but they didnt actually have any.

Did you confirm with Frank B. that he no longer has them?  He may offer suggestions too.

I wonder who the supplier was, and what the quantity would need to be to stamp more?  I'd think Frank probably already went down that road....

I'm still looking with no luck so far...there has to be one out there!
