Have any of you found a decent fender cover that protects the paint properly like the Holley Gripper pad?

Having a problem with putting a Chevrolet banner over the Challenger Fender.  LOL.

Let me know if any of you have discovered a new solution for this age old problem.

Thanks ....

One thing I do is I ware my belt buckle off to the side. :alan2cents:

Thing is regular fender covers always slip & slide, they fall off, thats why guys often don't use them.... Put the grippy shelf liner down first & the fender cover won't move...

What about trying to glue flat magnets on the edges?

I use three fender covers when working under the hood, one on each fender and one on the front header. I also keep one in the trunk along with some tyvex coveralls for road side work. I like the Moon equipped covers and they don't slip. https://www.mooneyesusa.com/MOONEYES-Fender-Cover-p/mp011.htm

I've been using assorted old beach towels and snow man cotton blankets but recently I bought a gripper fender cover.  It has a nice Hurst logo, is soft and doesn't slip plus it looks like it belongs in a garage.  Unfortunately I don't have a picture handy of the gripper.

I have one of Bob's Original Fender Covers
It's awesome.
I have a few other Mopar regular fender covers too. Can use them on top or alone if it's a quick job.
If I'm going to be in there for long, I like the full coverage with Bob's

Here it is on my Challenger
