I also prefer the pin type....BUT...

It doesn't matter if you are using redundancy.....

I won't go under a car unless it has (a) non-recalled jack stands (lol) and (b) a floor jack with some pressure.

Received an email from HF that they are adding 56373 3 tons jack stand to the recall. They went on saying that other models that has no welding defects detected yet can also be brought back to the stores for refund or credit.
