I feel Barry's service is valuable to the hobby in some ways.
I do feel that it is better to send him a copy of the sheets so he has the record of them but they are not lost to the hobby.

Barry is always polite.  Kind of has to be.

I've asked many times for info on M46 cars.  I know he has some build sheets of M46's but I can't get any info from any of them.  BH barracuda's lost to the hobby.  I"m one of the only collectors of M46 data and it drives me nuts to know there is more info sitting in a box somewhere that can not be compared to the existing information on M46's.

Maybe if you made a cash donation ? :bigmoney:

When I bought my purple/white rear window louver AAR...I emailed him to ask how many purple/white AARs he knew of....and the only reply I got was a link to his "donation page"  :haha: :haha: :haha:  Never had the time of day for him or his "service" since then :bye:

While I can understand the copy and keep original thoughts I don't want to be responsible in storing sheets . If everyone did this sheets would be scattered all over the country with limited ways of locating them.
I also don't want to send them to someone who may use them to reproduce a fake  or find them on eBay for profit either.
To me they are a nice find and I will do what I can to get them to the cars , but really both cars are probably gone anyway.

Sounds like you're torn on what to do with your extra sheets.  You've already made a nice move by posting them here.  Just do what I did.  Dont let it bother you, keep them in a closet and see if anyone comes forward to claim them.    :bigthumb:

Sassy Grass AAR's are pretty rare...there was a project one in Western Canada without a sheet, but I have no way of contacting the guy  :crying:

I think this car is for sale again...I reached out to the current owner to see if VIN on the car matches this sheet. I was told the car is sold (deposit) and the current owner has no time but he would pass my contact info along to the buyer. I got the feeling the current owner isn't a hobbyist and didn't care.  @farmboy70 please hold onto the sheet for the Sassy Grass car for a few weeks so I can see if this sheet matches the car....hopefully the new owner will contact me and I will send him straight to you.

Wonder if it's the same car, was the car you're thinking about a white interior 4speed car in really rough shape ?

I found a bonus sheet in my AAR too.  BS23J0B292362.   Heard it belongs to this car but never heard from the owner.  Nicest sheet of any Mopar I've owned.

@6Pack70

:thinking: everyone who finds a stray broadcast sheet(s) in their car might want to save a copy for their car's documentation - as there are clues on a broadcast sheet documenting when the car was actually built!

since a broadcast sheet for BS23J0B292362 was in a bucket seat originally installed in BS23J0B292404 when new, they were close to each other on the assembly line

therefore: BS23J0B292362 & BS23J0B292404 were both "In Plant/In Process" on Monday 3/23/70 ~10 days EARLY

It is an automatic car actually. Not certain on the interior colour but I think it's white

Thank you for that cool info on my AAR Dan.  I'm really hoping to hear from John if this sheet belongs to his Cuda.  I'd love to give it to him.  Incredible options on his car.     :wowzers:         Eddie
