Metal tag found attached to rear of upper back seat

While I didn't find a build sheet, I did find this strange thin aluminum (at least I think it is ) tag. It was attached to the spring support on the rear upper back seat. What is it? What do the codes mean?

I believe that is a tag that came with the seat and identifies it with the seat's part number and probably the manufacturer's code and date stamp.

= vendor code
0412 = date 041st day of 1972 = Thursday 2/10/72
