Trunk lid ink stamp?

my mid-July '70 built HAMTRAMCK R/T has this "QUALITY 2 ASSURANCE" stamp in ORANGE on FF4 almost twice

It was really nice today so I was able to get into the shed and take some pictures of the trunk lid ink stamp.
