There are no cuda deals anywhere is more like it.
I bought my last one in 2000.  Since then they  all needed  massive panel replacement.
So buy this,  clean it up, and... flip or fix

Really, I mean there just aren't many of these cars in Colorado.  Seems there are trucks everywhere like Montana but very few muscle cars.  Those that were here are bought up and stashed in garages like this one.  When one comes up here it usually is not a "deal".
Not really planning on a flip.  But a clean up and some tire smoking will determine what the final outcome is.  After all, I am looking for a V21 with sunroof.  (dreaming, I know)

For me, the thing is all about location...you guys with your $5K-$8K estimates must be completely spoiled, and able to find Cuda growing on trees or something.....because a car that complete and that rust free is easily worth three times that amount around here. $15K all day

The thing to remember about that is if you were to ship this car up to Canada you would be a minimum of 3K.  I would gander that it would be closer to 4K plus.   

You get cars shipped to you every year.  What are the import costs and how much to ship from the other side of America?

Somewhere in the 8-15K range.

Can't argue with your range, as a buyer I'd want to get it for 8 and as a seller I'd want to ask 16-18 for it and maybe get 14-15. Back here in the northeast a dry car like that would likely sell at the high end of the range. I doubt 8 or 9 would buy it.

After what I have seen at Carlisle I would totally agree with you.
It's really a matter of getting it out to the rust belt.
In America it's what?  2500 ocean to ocean open transport?

in 72, that 340 was the only "performance" motor available, That car appears to have all its original A/C, the under hood area looks intact.  THAT is super hard to find. 72 still had the same chrome bumpers are 1971, none of those huge, ugly bumper guards as in 73 and 74.  72's, other than the motors, are 71's with the non recessed side markers and round tail lights. If I had my druthers, 1972 is the only year of the 72-74 years that I would want. A V21 option on that car would look awesome. Something unique to 1972.

I did not really realize that the 72 had 71 bumpers without the huge tits. 
The motor bay is really what I liked about this car.  It really does look very untouched and complete.  That is a big bonus for this car.   It makes the torn apart parts not look so bad.

I do have to say, a tx9 360 D21 in 74 would totally be the other 2-4.  But yes, pretty much a V21 sunroof car in any color is what I long for in the 2-4's. 

Although I just kinda found a 2-4 on a 4x4 frame.  Gonna look further into that.  That sounds cool for the mountains of Colorado.

A 1973 Cuda came up for sale on Craigslist and Marketplace the STL area a month ago. Also GA4, but fewer options, non-AC and 318. Every panel need replacement or rust repair. It was listed for $6500 and was gone in a few days.
A car with these options and sheet metal in this condition, to a rust-belt Mid-Westerner with limited welding skills like me, is worth $10,000 all-day long.

This may very well be the case.  After all I went there to buy his C bodies and left without even offering a dollar for any of them.  I was just blown away by the other cars that were there.

63 Chrysler is neat.

Super cool Cuda but kind of hard to tell condition when it's that dirty.  340, ac, good color, depends on how rusty.  Probably a $10-12k car around here, obviously more once it's cleaned up but bet nice did a number on it.

Not to offend but one of the reasons I've been spending more time on the Facebook Mopar groups is that the crowd in here seems to be in an artificial bubble when it comes to values.

I've recently seen buyers quickly grab cars just like this one that are posted up in the 15k range. I've seen 73-74 318 Barracudas like this get snatched up for 12k.

If this car has it's original 340 motor, anything under 10k would be an absolute steal. For the correct price on this car to be under 10k, I would expect massive rust issues and it needing, floors, roof skin, cowl, quarters, etc. I saw only that one quarter rotted out unless I scanned through everything too fast.

Both B pillars have holes to the interior.
That one quarter is rusty both inner and outer.
The other quarter was not but has a small dent.

NO offense taken.  There are definitely different bubbles of valuation out there.
Fakebook really has high prices similar to ebay.  I don't ever seem to find anything on fakebook that would be worth my while for the prices. Doesn't mean I don't look, just don't find many things to buy as it seems rich guys dwell there.

FB definitely has more variety in my opinion. If you post that car on 20 different groups, you will consistently get 10% of the opinions stating that car is only worth $500 at most. Lots and lots of ridiculously low values. Those are typically the trolls, haters and flippers.

Another 10% will be extremely high and also unhelpful. But a huge majority will be more realistic and even offer information to support their beliefs, which then turn into heated arguments and the poster deletes his post.

If you ask for values on FB, it can be helpful but you gotta sift out the bullsht. You also get about 100 people trying to buy it from you.

FB can be good to find deals (I've bought two great e bodies off there) but it's horrible to sell a car on FB. Everyone wants a crazy good deal and if you post it too high, you get to walk a gauntlet of hate.

In five years, this will look like a treasure-trove. The today's price you quoted is very fair for both parties. As I had shared in an earlier post, I sold a 70 Challenger with clear title for $6500. It was a little better shape than this Cuda, but it did not have the motor or trans, and a 318 car. I would say go for it.
