70 challenger rear sway bar

After years of waiting I'm finally starting to assemble the back half of my car. I'm trying to install the rear sway bar but it doesn't seem to want to line up properly. I've just installed H.D springs using the only shackles I have (approx 3 1/2"in length). I don't know if the front hangers are different from 340 leaf springs and 440 leaf springs or that my shackles are to short.When I had the sagging 340 leaf springs in the car the shackles pointed to the rear of the car. Did the 440 leaf springs use a different sway bar setup than the 340 leaf springs. Thanks

Jack the diff up, I think the sway bar will line up fine.
