Where can I find a book or video that shows step by step
replacement of upper and lower control arms?

That is one of the videos I have been trying to find time to make.  I think a lot of people would like to see the ease in which it can be done.  It's all about sharing info and helping each other.  But  I do not have any videos to share yet.

When I rebuilt my LCAs, there really wasn't a whole lot of other information available.  The biggest pain in the butt for me was getting the metal cups for the pivot pin bushing out.   I saw one write up where someone welded a washer onto the cup so that they could be pressed out, but my welds didn't hold up so I resorted to a combination of shallow cuts and beating the snot out of it with a chisel to collapse the cup inward.  My 2 cents would be to leave the cups alone unless they're in bad shape.
