Hmmmmm  I know Hotchkis makes the on car adjustable uppers and adjustable steering rods... maybe they can supply them with a bit longer adjustment bolts? That wouldn't require much extra on the fabrication end. And if the B-body or C-body arms are in the 1.5" extra length range that would be a fairly easy solution over all. I will have to look into that a bit deeper, maybe I will reach out to QA1 and Hotchkis too see if its something they can do or think it may cause bigger issues, can't hurt to ask. I was actually planing to buy a new Dana 60 so I would just have the housing made a bit longer.

It is very well possible I was looking at older comments/reviews on the power steering boxes. If they have improved since then I would absolutely go that route.

I agree, one change can have a domino affect and you can end up chasing it through the whole car. That's why I was trying to think of something the essential kept the suspension geometry stock but gave me a wider track without using a bolt on spacer/adapter.

IIRC (and that's no guarantee) the A body lower am is 3/8" longer than an E body. The 73-79 B body lower arm is 1" longer than an E body. you would still need to find a longer upper arm to match.  SPC might be the contender here since they are swedged tube arms that are interchangeable; https://www.spcalignment.com/race

Circle track parts are cheap and usually tough. Built in any length you would need too.

I also found bump steer to be slightly better with a B-Body center link. It's symmetrical /mirror image unlike the stock e-body center link.
