Hemi Leaf Spring Restoration Questions

Hey all, I have some time off and am trying to move my project along.  I found a set of original Hemi leaf springs at Spring Fling last year and am going to have them rebuilt locally.

Couple of questions for the experts:
Anyone know if the link below is accurate for the factory distance from the center pin to a straight edge across both mounting eyes?

Also, I understand the clamps are specific to the application, can these be reused / restored?  I have also seen some of the "rebuild kits" for 440 / hemi springs, how accurate are they or am I better off restoring what is there? 

OR - am I way overthinking the whole thing and just have them redone and forget it?

The straps are not easy to reuse.  They get messed up during disassembly and assembly.
