Anyone know how to decode these?

Are the smaller numbers above the larger 18000 the date code numbers? 

I believe those numbers are just patent numbers. 

I'm not very familiar with decoding boosters but on your example I would think either the 9 218 (218th day of 1969?) or the 9 184 (184th day of 1969?) could be a date code?

I looked at my booster, it needs a good bead blasting, the only other number I could see on it was 6550 (maybe- hard to read) so perhaps a sequence # for the units assembled or something?

I was kinda figuring the 9 ___ would be the built date.  Maybe I should start a new thread title with booster and date code in the title.
