Woah, monster hemi!! Very awesome. Must feel like you are on ice all the time with those tires and that much power lol. Do you break stuff when you try to get traction, yup. But that just means you gotta build it better and stronger to handle the hemi! Looks like a blast to drive!

Took it out the other day and put about 3 miles on it.  I made a little mistake when I shifted into 2nd gear.  I treated it like a normal car.  The front reared up and the back tires spun.  Keep in mind, I felt like I was barely pushing on the accelerator when I made the shift.  Good thing we put a Dr Diff 3.73 rear in that thing.  Roadman told me that the axles looked like tree trunks.  Seems she needs them.   :drunk:

Thanks, Cody.  I really like the way she is coming together.  :bradsthumb:

I posted these in the thread about the Tanks Inc fuel tank for 70 challengers with a submersible fuel pump, but I thought I would put them up here too.  Since my engine block doesn't have a mechanical fuel pump access, I had to go with an external fuel pump.  I hated the sound it made so I decided to go with a submersible pump.  I am MUCH happier now.

We buttoned up a few loose ends yesterday, and after 4 years I drove her. All I can say is "HOLY SH!!!!!!!!!!T"  It is a beast.      Everything works as it should.  Driving her around knocked out my depression pretty quick.   :ohyeah: Next weekend puics and a write up.    :rebelflag"
