I vaguely recall a thread a  few years ago, where a release was converted to a 71'.

Modified the handle I think.
I converted a 72-4 handle, however someone was nice enough to loan me a 71 handle to copy. The mechanism is the same, it just changes where it bends thru the grill.

@anlauto , does this latch release look like a 71 to you?

Intercooler arrives tomorrow, can't wait to open it and mount it up.

Someone asked about my radiator hoses, here they are.

The camera angle is bad to shoot the lower hose. It looks tighter than it is, there not a lot of room but I was able to route it nicely without any rubbing or interference.

The Intercooler goes in next :)

Intercooler fits nice. I'll find it's final alignment and attach it to the car, get the remainder of the plumbing done.

Looking good. Do you have to make the inner cooler or could you buy it some place? Ken

You have to custom custom make one. I've mounted it now and will run the hoses this week.

You already likely thought of it, but you should paint it black :alan2cents:

Where can you get the custom cooler made. What specs did you use? Thanks Ken
