Nice project!
What's the purpose of the cut (drivers side) on the rear suspension cross member?

i had to shorten it up upon my discovery and the shock from a lot of the Mopar guys i have met. I found out that my father in law moved in the frame rails 2" on each side which is completely unheard of. So Bill Reilly sent me a crossmember that i can cut and shorten it once it was shortened he welded on his tabs so they are properly clocked and it doesn't mess up the geometry of his suspension. when i say Reilly motorsport is an amazing company to work with i mean that.

with every headache i have come across that is the reason why i haven't posted in a 1yr and 9 months plus all the parts i have gotten is pretty darn expensive

Major update after trying to figure out what my father in law modified on the car finally got the suspension in and got the motor and trans put in. the motor fit like a dream and the trans fit but boy was it a tight fight. the car sits a little high but i am thinking it will sit a little better when i get more weight in the car

Looks like the rear end needs to go back an inch or so to fit the wheels wells better. Should be easier with the adjustable 4 link.  :bigthumb: I mention it not as a criticism  but to get it right now before you make a drive shaft?
I had the same issue when I built my car but with composite leaf springs if was a little more involved, had to weld up the original hole and redrill the front mounting brackets etc.... The problem amplified when I went from 15" to 18" with bigger tires.

Thank you so much i truly appreciate that insight i will look into that for sure i did lay out what i thought was the center where the rear end should be maybe an optical illusion with the rubber band tires that i have no for temp. again any insight is a appreciated

Sleyba
