Looks great!

few questions.

Is the gold stuff weld through primer?

On post 57, I can't make out the chromoly bars that are tacked between the rails.
Any chance of some better pictures of what you did there?

Thanks

Yes.  Copper weld primer.  Not cheap.

As for the chrome moly, I purchased 2 48 inch round tube.  I wanted the .120 thickness, but they were out of stock so I went with the next thickness. 090.  I measured the rails and noticed I needed 43 inches, thus 5 inches for 2 cope cut pieces.  I still had to trim the cope pieces to fit.  The front of the outer rocker is narrow so a bit more trimming.  Another factor is being able to weld all the way around.

Can you post some side views of the passenger side showing how the trunk drop-off connects with the wheel well?

nicka

Forgot about the rear shock crossmember.

nicka

Check out the old one.  Nice size hole on the left side. I guess air shocks and 1/4 mile runs may have been a contributing factor?

Thank you for the trunk drop of pictures!

How does the drop off get connected to the quarter panel?

nicka

Checking fitment for the Tail Light Panel.

Nice setup and details.
That left hole must have made for some good rattling down the road.
