On the grease fittings you added to the sway bar links, did you drill a matching hole in the bushing so the grease gets to the bar or is just greasing the bushing to link?

I drilled a hole through the bushing to the bar.  Front sway bar poly bushings had an inside radius groove like a main bearing to allow grease to fully surround the bar, but I didn't get that fancy.  Once I mount them, I'll grease and move the bar up and down just to get it all around.

Got the front fenders stripped of the black e coat and put into epoxy sealer.  Built some homebrew fender stands to make it easy.  Also got all of the body panel bolts into sealer as well so that I can start assembling.

Starting the filler work.  Zero clue what I'm doing, just trying to keep everything clean, go slow, prep adequately, and not use very much at all.  My plan is to do one section an evening and avoid burnout.  Using Evercoat Rage over the epoxy and a long block + DA.

It's been too warm in the garage to do anything with body work so I'm catching up on little things like emblems.  I got the door emblems cleaned up and repainted.  I used an overlay of clear epoxy to see if it can hold up, not sure if this was done factory.  I got the colors close enough for my liking, a bit of metallic blue and red with some ultra fine black.  When they cure they should turn out clear.

If anyone has the measurements for the door positions for both the "Barracuda" and the Gran Coupe shield that would be great.  I guess they welded the holes at some point, I'm gonna try to see if they're visible from the backside.

OEM door panels have a cross hatch on the back side for emblem locations.

Been working a lot on getting these horrible fitting AMD fenders worked out.  Got all the body panels mounted and had to use a slide hammer to get all the radius arches at the jambs aligned.  Had to weld on the fender seam a bit to get the gaps right, used a 3/4 copper pipe smashed into a flat backing plate.  Got the rear quarter trim sanded down and polished, as well as mounting the vinyl top trim which meant I had to redrill the holes.  Everything seemed to line up ok.

Started with the rest of the filler work, section by section.  It's a lot of work but it's rewarded to get the car back to where I THOUGHT it was so many months ago.  My plan is a section a night to maintain progress.

After I'm done I'll recoat the entire car in epoxy sealer, then the high build 2k for finish.  I hope to have the other quarter done tomorrow and then start on the tail panel, trunk lid, and other C pillar.
