Blue on Monday.....Red on Friday.....Kinda busy around here.....

They just need to finish the assembly and do a final cut/polish and I'll be getting this car back too....likely another two weeks  :o

Black on the rad support?   :notsure:

I do all the black-out once the car arrives in my shop...

So I went and picked this up today from my body shop.....looks real sweet....This was easy for them, just said "paint EVERYTHING red" and they knocked it out of the park  :drooling:

For anybody counting along at home.....That's three fully painted shells I've picked up in 59 days, a little over 8 weeks......

Looks like I'm going to be busy for a while....

Looks nice!  That's a lot of red to spray. Do you now what stages they painted everything? Bottom first etc....    Did they jamb it in first or paint everything all together like the factory?

anlauto

Bottom first, then interior and jambs and quarters. All other body panels off the car. I believe they color blocked the quarters and resprayed again, not sure if they assembled the car for color blocking the panels or not....I saw the panels being cut off the car, so I guess the final paint was done off the car, not sure when polishing was done, but final polishing was done with the car assembled.

I'm not a big fan of red but that's fantastic. :bradsthumb:  8)

RUNCHARGER

That looks awesome. The material bill for all that red would be fairly high.

@72 Challenger  It's a resto-mod ...The owner wanted a nice clean platform to show off all the custom coil over suspension, stainless lines, big exhaust etc.....wait until you see all the bling on the motor ! 8)
