AMD Door glass

Has anyone had any fitment issues with the AMD door glass?? I had to buy a passenger side glass for my convertible and I just can not get it adjusted correctly. It almost seems like there is not enough arc where it seals at the top rear on the quarter glass rubber seal.  The rest of the glass is all factory stuff and had no issues getting them adjusted per the FS manual.

I got AMD glass for my convertible and the only problem I had was getting it delivered in one piece.
