I have a repro Shaker bubble from Shakerhood.com.

Kinda wavey where the bolts go thru to mount onto the steel base.

Are they typically this way?

Or have you ever worked on them to make them more accurate looking?

Pics and stories if you have any.

I really don't think they look right around the grille area and above the grille area. They look okay from a distance but not when you get within 20 feet or so. Tommy Chrycos bubbles are a lot better IMO.

I've used Tommy The Chryco shaker bubbles on two of my cars (70 & 71) they are awesome direct fit, I was asked by a few people if they were original or NOS.. Tommy's number is 905-893-2547 he is very nice to talk to.

If somebody can tell show close up pictures of the perimeter edge (bolt edge) and the openings with the grilles in place of Tommy's; I would appreciate it.
