Windshield Trim

Does anyone have pics of how the top windshield trim joins together.  Both sides, connected and apart would be nice.

Mine does not seem to fir right, and while I have it off for some dent repair and polishing, I thought I could improve the fit.

Mine is from a 1970 challenger.

They just slide together. The side with the fatter end doesn't have the complete bottom lip, so it is a little difficult to get it to hold properly. You just gotta play with it a bit. The trim clips are what really hold it in place.
