Fair price, but I wouldn't trust the primer...looks like it's right on top the the old paint and rust...

I was thinking that too but if you inspected the car and didn't find it all rusted up, hard to walk away from that price. Hopefully it's complete. I could see a buyer plopping down $12k in cash and the deal going through.

Yeah....probably not 80% restored. At $14k though, its only 25% (or less) of the price of a fully restored car which gives the buyer a little room to work with if their willing to do a lot of the work themselves.
