A little high but I think it is worth close to what there asking. Extremely low mileage T/A, fully documented with race pedigree. There is not another one like it. It is a survivor and national record holder. It should be in a museum.

Restomod it; drop in a 5.7, drop it to the ground and put in modern suspension and brakes... oh wait that would destroy its history... just like restoring it..

Neat car! I'm glad it hasn't been flubbed with, at that price a buyer would only purchase it with the idea of preserving it's history.
