303 Mopar

Two lives lost in this fatal accident.  The van hit the Charger in the maybe the weakest point. Our cars are not the most safe vehicles out there so please be careful.

Report says there we tire marks from the stop sign all the way to the point of impact, so it appears he was doing a burn out, lost control, and crossed over in the oncoming lane in front of the van.  I'm sure they will provide an update when the investigation is completed.

Yikes...marks could have been from locked brakes?

I do take my two kids in the Cuda pretty often, I drive as alert as possible!

Unfortunately for as careful as you can be it only takes someone (not implying anything in this case) to not be as careful for you to be impacted.

That just sucks.

Most certainly. I'm more worried about the soccer mom texting on her phone while driving her "safe car" plowing into me than anything else.

What a place to die "Dodge Park "  :o.....I don't see the "skid marks" in the photos :dunno:

Can't get over the lack of damage to the van and the horrific destruction of the Charger

Even though the damage to the van looks minimal, it's airbag did deploy so they must have hit pretty hard.

Be careful out there, especially if you want to get sideways.

Well that sucks.... And making it worse is the fact Gresham resident  Lee Sitton wasn't in the car...

And if you think my post is harsh you need to meet Lee Sitton....  He's a piece of work...
