Custom Stickers / Decals ???

Wasn't someone make custom emissions decals and stuff like that for custom cars ?

I would like a factory looking tire pressure decal but for custom 17" wheels and an emissions decal for a modern Hemi, but still looks factory ?

I thought someone was making something like that ???  

...or does anybody have the ability to make something like that ???

any sign shop should be able to make that happen. When I get my business cards done they also make small decals I put on customers equipment , similar idea to what you want....
