NO, it was an extra cost option. :alan2cents:

Got it, I figured that was the case, but I was not 100% as I was thinking it was part of the RT package.

Thanks!

The side/butt stripe was part of the package, but not the hood stripe :alan2cents:

My car was not ordered with that... I really like the treantment, but it is what it is.  Kind of like the luggage rack.

Yes & No.. The luggage rack requires six holes be drilled in the decklid....  The hood blackout is a decal.... If you decide it needs to go back to stock you can peel a decal off......  Holes for a luggage rack are a little harder to fix...

Understood.  The car is completely stock and has the luggage rack.  At first I didn't like it, but it has grown on me and now I really like that it's different.

Luggage rack looks right at home on a RT/SE  :alan2cents:

Lots of people don't care for the luggage rack... I always have & since my car came with one too it'll stay...

I Love the Hood Performance Paint Treatment on a Challenger.   :inlove:

70/6chall

After making several trips to my local u-pick yard, I had found out after running across a late 60's early 70's Mustang, one had a luggage rack on the deck lid. Ok, not sure here but took the luggage rack off the Mustang, bought for a song. As I looked at it, I noticed it sure resembled Mopars luggage rack contribution. I matched it up to an E-body rack, damned if they weren't exactly the same. Maybe same vendor??? What say you?    Thanks,   Al

The luggage racks from Mustangs that I have seen are very close, except they are typically 4 mounting points vs the Challenger which is 6.
