fender tag needed

I have an opportunity to pick up an M46 fender tag that was found but I need another fender tag to trade.  I don't have more than a couple of tags and they aren't anything special by any means.  I'm trying to find an FC7 tag to trade so I can get the M46 tag.
  Understand this is not a car I own, the tag would be available if anyone claims the car.  The tag will go into my small amount of information on the M46 option on 70 barracuda's. 
  So any help would be greatly appreciated to help save an M46 tag.

  I'll buy it, trade it, come work on your farm for it(haha). 

Can someone help me save some information in this great hobby?

I don't have any FC7 tags.  Is that all he's looking for?
