Had to order another master cylinder for my brakes since the 1 had to shallow bore and not a hollow one

picked up a few parts I had blasted (fender/header panel/valence) and someone else had just dropped off this Barracuda .... sounds like he is going full out with a new hemi/hellcrate build

Growing older is mandatory...growing up is optional.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

'70 Barracuda B5/B5 225 /6 3spd ... about as bare bones as they came

I never liked it when the Dodge name was dropped from the trucks. So I added my own.

I agree with this. I get it, but the whole Ram thing just doesn't sit right. "Dodge Ram" sounds much better.

I also hated how they threw a Ram head on cars. Why the hell would I want a Ram head on a charger or challenger or Durango, etc steering wheel?? Dumb, glad they changed that at least.

Oil/filter change and underside inspection on the wife's car with color matched filter.

The filter I took the car was given to me by a local Mopar engine builder/racer it was a Wix 51515R, wonder what the difference is....

I "think" the R version is a little bigger mesh so as to not restrict flow, at the expense of filtering capability.  But race engines tend to have the oil changed often so it is a small risk.

I've been using them for years, its all I use . The "R" flows more and has a different micron filter . See the links below.

Today we did a drive by Birthday greeting "parade" of sorts for someone at Church. They seemed to enjoy the Challenger! Funny the wife was drinking a big plastic cup with water that had no top.

I couldn't resist     :Stirring: :burnout:  opps sorry about that.  ;)

Forward hood hinge arm on the passenger side broke off going up 101 this morning and nearly turned my hood into a sail....

I installed the hood pins 3 weeks ago. I'm plenty unhappy.. but it could have been so much worse.

:dunno:

That stinks.  I think I've got a set of hinges you could have for price of shipping if that would help.
