Alex Mejia on our Facebook group found this:

Looks like a cool project.  Wish they had more photos.

Hmm: I like that and it's got a title. Anyone know anything about that car?

Looks to be pretty solid too.  Let us know if you call and get a price.

Looks like a 318 4 spd car.  Nice.  Too bad it's so far away for me.
Contrary to the opinions of some, I am not dumber than I look.

I love the pedals and the colour, the rest I would perk up some. I think I will call tonite. I see a stroker, 5 speed T/A clone for that one.

I"d love to see the VIN and fender tag on that one. august built LA car, should be close in #s to Al's Challenger and my Barracuda

'70 Barracuda B5/B5 225 /6 3spd ... about as bare bones as they came

RUNCHARGER

Yeah: My last two Challengers were October cars. I shouldn't have sold this one but I can build another one and I have all the parts.

Someone said he was asking $14k.  If it's a real RT (or A66) and rust free, it might be worth looking at.

@cataclysm80  pointed out somethings....

Flat hood with standard dash and no V8 emblem on the fender.
It should be a slant 6 car with 3 speed manual.
August build in LA is pretty early. I wonder what the VIN number is.

erik70rt

I missed the lack of the V8 emblem.  Agreed that it's a /6 car.

thats what I was thinking too. both mine and Al's are /6 and built within a couple days of each other, would be interesting (to me) to see where this one fits into that scheduling

#12
it appears there is no "REVERSE" light on the dash = 3-spd

I know of two /6 & 3-spd Challengers from LA August 1969: JH23C0E100123 FE5 - red w/white interior & JH23C0E100394 FY4 - gold w/black interior.

if anyone gets info on this one, please share  - they built ~1450 cars in LA during August of '69 - VIN range up to ~0E101450

I think Al's was originally a 3spd as well and swapped to a 904 ....
