$72k and it used to have an automatic and no rally dash...that's a no go for me at that price.

Very nice attractive T/A, regardless of the transmission swap... but it doesn't even have power steering... in particular the very desirable optional T/A Fast Ratio power steering that further helps to make the reputation of the T/A (and AARs).... in my opinion, in part because of that missing critical option, the price should be lower (or else negotiable because of it).
