Anyone have any advice on where to get the most accurate battery cables for a 70 Hemi application?

I don't think there is a "perfect" reproduction, but 99% of people can not tell.  Dave at Roseville would be the first place I would check.

M & H wire harness is the sub contractor to wire harnesses and battery cables to Year One & Claasic Industries.

The cables are not a proprietary item contracted.

So you should be able to buy direct from them.
