A833 shifter identification

Would anyone be able to tell me what this shifter came off? It was rigged to a 71 ebody. The shifter has no numbers on it.

Looks like it was assembled incorrectly.  Usually the three shifter arms are all on the same side of the stick mechanism.  Brewer's site has some info on the numbers stamped on the arms that may help but for all you know that could have come out of a Ford or Chevy. Not a lot of difference in the Hurst shifters besides the arms.

I've seen the adaptor before but not sure where, OD pickup perhaps?
