Does anyone have a pic from further back?
Never knew this part existed and curious where it goes.

Or is it only a a Cuda thing?

It was on my 70 Challenger. I'm thinking it was if you had CA emissions( not sure of the code?) of not as it covers the vent hoses

That second shield in your pictures was dropped sometime in the 1971 model year as far as Cudas are concerned., not a lot of them had it. :alan2cents:

Yeah, I was unable to locate the second, smaller piece that passes through the frame rail when I was putting my car together so I only installed the larger shield as I do have a late built '71.  @HEMICUDA gets all the credit for the car in the pictures that I provided!

Thanks, for posting those details pics. That is exactly where I am at, with the fuel system of my built for Ca. '70 cuda. These are a great help. Now, if I can just find all of the anchor points, for the fasteners.
