How come you didn't try Aruzza's Gaskets or Fel Pro's?

I think they're about both the best for Hemi's.

Well, @1 Wild R/T  was right.     It was just in need of a little sealant around the cooling passageways.      I used these gaskets with the sealant already built in to the gasket and it solved it 100%.  Super happy I can paint this engine now that it's 100% perfect.   

Pretty common leak for Hemi's...  I personally have known of four that leaked there..... Many repairs have been attempted.... The final answer Loctite 518...

Once you use 518 you'll find many uses for it, it's a different kind of sealant, LOCTITE 518 cures when confined in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces. It is an anaerobic gasketing material designed for use on rigid iron, aluminum, and steel flanged mating surfaces. Fills gaps up to 0.25mm and forms a flexible, chemical-resistant seal that will not tear or decay. Parts disassemble easily, even after extended service.

Those head gaskets look nice. I run the Fel Pro intake gaskets that are designed like that. Love them. I wish all machined mating gaskets were offered with that design. Glad to hear you have it all squared away.

FWIW...on another part on start up with new engine:

The head freeze plugs started seeping a little.

Then after a few heat cycles, they sealed up on their own.

I always apply sealant to the freeze plugs however on my 528 I forgot. They weeped a bit at first but after reading a bit on the internet quite a few guys said they would stop after a few heat cycles and they did.

I checked the other gaskets and they were the same way.  Not sure why they do it that way.  Maybe to slow down the coolant so it will cool more.
