A neighbor friend's dad had a Super Beetle that we rode in a lot.  What's the difference between a normal beetle and a super?

Me with my first car.  1962 VW.  Circa 1966.
I think they started in 74 and they had the curved windshield and gas heaters, too. Still never saw one in winter without an ice scraper for the inside of the w/s regardless.

Thinking of getting one again and dumping cable

We just dumped cable last week. Got a digital antenna for $10 on amazon to get our local channels and PBS (actually got 42 channels...some I never heard of). Saving $200/month.  :woohoo:
