In the second pic you can just see my Dad's 1958 Chevy, that he bought new, and the car I learned to drive in.

My 1964 Vette just after it had been painted; thus the lack of the gas cap with three of my kids.  Circa 1982

A neighbor friend's dad had a Super Beetle that we rode in a lot.  What's the difference between a normal beetle and a super?

My Uncles 1932 Cadillac coupe with Rumble Seat and V 12 Engine.  He bought it for $50 (sometime in the '50s) put it in his garage; nailed the wooden door shut; disassembled it to the last nut and bolt.  He restored/rebuilt everything himself, including paint and interior from memory.  His wife wanted new furniture and he sold it for $3500 sometime in the late '60s/early '70s. This is the best picture I was able to obtain from my cousins. Boy would I like to have that car now.

The super Beatles were made in the mid 70s I believe.  They were larger, both exterior and interior wise, had bigger engines and you could get them with AC and an automatic if I remember correctly.

Anyone want to buy an old drag car? I hear it was famous? Some old Plymouth?
  :dunno:  ;)

After my Mom passed, I found this picture in an old family album.  Unfortunately it wasn't labeled and I have no idea who these people are or when the pic was taken.  Cool picture but a reminder to label your pictures so people know who they are after you're gone.

This picture was taken in the early 70's at a used car lot in Sudbury Ontario.
