I ran a couple of LS7s, I believe they were rated at 465HP and came only as a crate engine from GM. I never had a problem with them, here we are getting ready to take care of another one.

I rode down to California for the first time in 1988, the motive was to attend "Power in the Pines".

I wish I had bought this one from Snobar in the 80's. He said it was an original X9 Hemi. I did buy this GTX for $2k in the late 80's though and built a decent 440 for it. Ran low 13's with ease and it was a great car.

The type of stuff that showed up at an outdoor show in the 80's. I think Sid trailered it there but it is a real Hemi Daytona, pretty sure he still owns it. What a beautiful car.

I bought a 64 440 for $200 and welded in a narrowed D60 and installed my good 440. I never had enough money for a good convertor or fuel system so it didn't get out of the 12's. I sold it when I got married and the next guy got it into the 10's. The Cuda is an FJ6, auto, AAR. I liked it but it needed every AAR piece and a bunch of sheet metal to make it whole again. I never was interested in it as I knew it didn't have to go on a rotisserie to be upside down.
