Hey @Brads70 . Do you know if that picture was taken in Ontario? The one and only HEMI Superbird shipped to Canada [Rexdale On] was yellow. Laurentian Motors from Sudbury then made a dealer trade with the Rexdale dealer to get the Hemi Bird. It then sat at least two years in Laurentians show room when they had it repainted FC7. Per window sticker car retailed at $7,200 which was tons of $$$ back then.

Funny story about that yellow Hemi Superbird....my friend Glenn had the Hemi block for it sitting in his garage for over 20 years....I was the one that finally checked the VIN on it a couple years back and found it on the CDN Hemi list that was published in MCG. That was the first time we found out it was from a Superbird.
Then my friend sold it to member VCODE along with his 1970 HEMI Challenger. I believe Bob contacted the current owner of the Superbird and he had no interest in the block, so it might be in Bob's car now ???
I've taught you everything you know....but I haven't taught you everything I know....

Yes I heard that story from Nigel. I tried for many years to buy that Superbird. Owner says he never liked the car and has no interest in restoring it. He says he is an MG guy? Last time I spoke to him he said it would take $1,000000 to buy it??? Car sat in mud for about 20 years .Still has the same FC7 paint job.  I heard that the owner recently left the Sudbury area. Not sure where he moved or what he did with the Superbird?
