Bumble bee stripe would have been the last clue, but can't see it...

it has to be an A66 car (only way to get the hood w/o R/T), probably with the A06 "protection group" & no bumblebee with body side mouldings

& that "VALLEY DODGE" is from Phoenix, AZ
