22 Hours = THAT'S CRAZY !!!

So yesterday morning I'm trying to take pictures of my customer's car but our 12 year old camera is now crap, specially after I dropped it in the sand in Costa Rica....

So I Google cameras, basically just wanted the same as what I had.....found one at Best Buy Electronics, but before I bought it, I found the exact same one on Amazon for $50 less and FREE shipping, sop I hit "buy it now"....

This morning.....the door bell rings and here's my new camera..... .....

In 22 hours, they received my order, picked my order, packaged my order and shipped it to my house....ALL FOR FREE and $50 less then the local store.....HOW THE FRICK CAN THEY DO THAT ??? and worse yet....how can anybody compete with that ??.......THAT'S CRAZY !

That's why Amazon is killing the bricks and mortar stores. The world is changing.

Should have bought a smart phone - they come with cameras now.

I find it's the same with rockauto , they sometimes/most times are quicker than the local jobber..... and a third of the price

Cameras .....Really ?  Cell phones are just a fad....I'll stick with my land line.....that way my customers can't bother me all day...

Sometimes they have FREE same day shipping! Ordered a 12V switch at 11am got it at 5pm same day! My wife was making cupcakes ordered frosting tips at 10am got them at a little after 4 same day and they were cheap!

Amazon continues to expand, Denver being a finalist for a huge distro center.  They have some markets where they will deliver certain items in 30 min.  And now, Amazon has food distribution as well.  Adapt or die is a tough lesson for all the brick and motar stores.
