Just returned home from a Thanksgiving hunt. 
No turkeys, but pheasant and quail. 
No deer jumped in front of me.  Well, I missed anyway.

60mph winds over the weekend. 
sangre de cristos
spanish peaks
couple antelope
raton mesa
Black mesa

  The spanish peaks are technically still in the sangre de cristo range.  But they are kind of their own set of mountains. 
The black mesa is a totally private area of colorado.  just a handful of large land owners own it and keep everyone off.

Thanks for confirming, a family member was living nearby in the summer and I looked at the area in street view and saw the wild facade bldg .
