Selling a car in Yuma Arizona

Hi guys wondering what paperwork is needed when selling a car in yuma and if anyone knows a reputable consignment company.  The father inlaw passed away and we need to sell his car he left in Yuma.  thanks for any info.

Sorry to hear about your father in law passing.

It would seem to be able to sell the car you would have to have a clear title, but with someone passing the car's proper owner might be in question.  Did he have a will?  Is the car still in his name?  Anything owed on the car?

It would be left to the mother in law but she dosent drive.  Nothing owing on it clean title.  Just not sure how to do this as we are in Canada.  The mother inlaw is there for the winter but i dont want her to deal with people.  Its a 2001 Grand vitara thats in really good shape so we should be able to get something for it.
