I SO agree with you, as any package I send to Canada seems to take a tour of the northeastern and midwestern USA before it finally makes it to your country! And, the kicker is that I literally live a "stone's throw" from Ontario!! It's awful.

I shipped a part to a guy in Canada one time.... The travel log looked kinda like that, then it just disappeared... I refunded the guy his $$$, USPS refunded me part of the shipping.. Two and a half years later a box showed up at my house...

That's usually the idiot who put the package on the wrong belt and it goes on the wrong trailer and then it goes from trailer to trailer until it finally gets back to the correct one. They'll hire anyone with a pulse, brains are optional.

I'll see your 5 days and raise you 52. I sent parts to a member on here Apr 12. They arrived in Chicago sorting facility Apr 14. That's it, no more updates. Parts are still not delivered.

An Ontario, Canada customer messaged me today that he finally got his package after a month, whereas it took only about 2 weeks to receive a package from England!

Check this tracking out, from Michigan to Ontario...(no tracking update from May 10 - June 4)...

My former employer uses Purolator for anything shipped from US to Canada. Within the US it's UPS.
Our Canadian customers seemed pretty satisified with Purolator's service.

I hear a lot of complaints about UPS, USPS and FedEx, what about Purolator?

Summit uses FedEx and I get stuff in two days. That's pretty good for crossing the border.
