package tray jute

Should the jute under the package tray get some spray adhesive to hold it in place, or should I just let it float?

Spray glue it to the bottom of the package shelve not the car body.

 Originally glued to bottom of package tray. My photo shows it glued originally to the bottom of the package tray in my 74 Charger.
